Camera ready instructions

February 1st, 2023 23:59:59 CET is camera-ready due for all accepted papers. In essence, you need to do the following:

  1. Address all reviewer comments, revise your paper, and get approval from your shepherd (if you have one assigned).

  2. PAM 2023 will be published by Springer’s LNCS.

  3. Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. We encourage authors to insert their ORCIDs in superscript next to their names (please see the LaTeX and Word templates for examples). We further strongly recommend that all authors include their email addresses in their papers. These are used by Springer to send an email containing a coded personal access link, enabling authors to download a PDF of their paper from SpringerLink.

    • Short papers: Up to 12 pages for technical content (up to 5 pages for appendices and references)
    • Long papers: Up to 24 pages for technical content (up to 5 pages for appendices and references)

  4. The corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. Please complete only with your paper’s information, sign it, and upload it as a PDF (login to the PAM 2023 HotCRP Website and select “Edit” and upload under the “Copyright Form” heading). No changes relating to the authorship of the paper can be made for the camera ready.

  5. Springer needs all paper sources (.TeX or .docx, figures in EPS or high resolution JPG, .bib). Please create a single camera-ready zip file (.zip) that contains all paper sources as specified. Do not fill any header or footer information—leave them empty. Submit the zip file (login to the PAM 2023 HotCRP Website and select “Edit” and upload under the “Camera-ready zip file” heading).

  6. If you are interested in Open Access or Open Choice please refer to website. Springer needs the address(es) for the invoice(s) and the CC-BY Consent-to-Publish form(s) at the same time as the files for the publication.

  7. Please upload your camera-ready PDF (without any header or footer lines content at all) to the PAM 2023 HotCRP Website under the “Final Version” heading.
